Issue With Viewing Paycheck On Edge Browser On Windows 10

Edge Browser will not open pdfs in my.ufl.edu site


In Windows 10, the Edge browser is not compatible with viewing pdfs. Please open the site in Internet Explorer. A login prompt will be shown in Internet Explorer when you use this workaround.


Click on "More Actions" icon which looks like ...

Choose "Open with Internet Explorer"

Authenticate to when prompted

Note: In Internet Explorer when choosing to open pdf after the steps above, the Edge browser will display the information in a new tab correctly



More information: In Edge when trying to open pdf file in my.ufl.edu, with popup allowed, an error is shown:

Couldn’t open PDF

Something’s keeping this PDF from opening.
