FISMA Sign In Training

On your laptop/desktop, find your Cisco Any Connect (Citrix) connection:

When the Cisco screen appears in the bottom right for your screen, click in the box:

Now type the following: vpn.fed.ufl.edu {you will not need to type this again}

Enter your Gator Link and qualifier, then enter your Gator Link passwprd and be prepared to use your phone or your fob when you click OK!!

For FOB users, you will be prompted to enter your passcode on the screen.

For Phone users, below are a few sample messages you may see (different by OS version).

Performance will depend on your carrier

Now you are connected to the VPN.

Open a browser window and type the following url:

sunshine.fed.ufl.edu

Enter your gatorlink ID (without the other parameters) and your gatorlink password.

When you click "Log On", you will get the following options

For Phone users: Click the Duo Push

For FOB users: enter the pass-code from your fob.

For phone users: You may get 2 more screens on your phone, depending on your cell provider. They will be similar to the below:

The session will now load your applications.

Here is the basic VDI entrance desktop screen:

You will land at the Windows home page. Click the white down arrow and your alphabetical list of applications will appear.
